OF FILLINGS.

  • ¨      CHEESE AND TOMATO
  • ¨      CUCUMBER AND EGG

SPRING WHEEL SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS USED

  • ¨                  NOS 4 SANDWICH BREAD
  • ¨                  300g CARROT
  • ¨                  300g BEET-ROOT
  • ¨                  300g POTATO
  • ¨                  150g BUTTER
  • ¨                  300g CHEESE
  • ¨                  SALT AND PEPPER
  • MAKES 16-20 SANDWICHES



METHOD
  • 1.                  BOIL CARROT, BEET-ROOT, and POTATO SEPARATELY, AND CUT INTO 1x1cm DICES.
  • 2.                  BLEND EACH VARIETY WITH 100g CHEESE AND 50g BUTTER.ADD PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  • 3.                  SLICE THE BREAD ALONGSIDE (4 SLICES FROM EACH BREAD   EXCEPT CRUST)
  • 4.                  SPREAD WITH ABOVE MIXTURE (2) ON EACH SLICE OF BREAD SEPARATELY AND PLACE ONE ABOVE THE OTHER.
  • 5.                  ROLL INTO A FAIRLY TIGHT ROLL.
  • 6.                  WRAP THE ROLL WITH AN OIL PAPER AND SEAL TWO CORNERS.
  • 7.                  ALLOW TO COOL IN ARE-REFRIGERATOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES.
  • 8.                  REMOVE THE PAPER AND USE AS REQUIRED.
