INGREDIENTS USED
- ¨ NOS 4 SANDWICH BREAD
- ¨ 300g CARROT
- ¨ 300g BEET-ROOT
- ¨ 300g POTATO
- ¨ 150g BUTTER
- ¨ 300g CHEESE
- ¨ SALT AND PEPPER
- MAKES 16-20 SANDWICHES
METHOD
- 1. BOIL CARROT, BEET-ROOT, and POTATO SEPARATELY, AND CUT INTO 1x1cm DICES.
- 2. BLEND EACH VARIETY WITH 100g CHEESE AND 50g BUTTER.ADD PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE.
- 3. SLICE THE BREAD ALONGSIDE (4 SLICES FROM EACH BREAD EXCEPT CRUST)
- 4. SPREAD WITH ABOVE MIXTURE (2) ON EACH SLICE OF BREAD SEPARATELY AND PLACE ONE ABOVE THE OTHER.
- 5. ROLL INTO A FAIRLY TIGHT ROLL.
- 6. WRAP THE ROLL WITH AN OIL PAPER AND SEAL TWO CORNERS.
- 7. ALLOW TO COOL IN ARE-REFRIGERATOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES.
- 8. REMOVE THE PAPER AND USE AS REQUIRED.
